Tuishou Intensive - Chen Taijiquan
We will work instensively on Chen Taijiquan's pushhands patterns and focus on how to use the patterns in applications. Please get in touch to get more info at info [at] ctnd.de
The training will be intense and in a friendly environment as usual. It is about improving one's techniques, our body mechanics, our stamina while learning applications based on the principles & strategies of Taijiquan - for self-defense or competitions.
Times:
Thursday: 9am-3pm
Friday: 9am-3pm
Saturday: 1pm-6pm
Sunday: 9.30am-3pm

Das Training wird wie gewohnt intensiv sein und es findet in einer freundlichen Umgebung statt. Es geht darum, die eigenen Techniken, unsere Körpermechanik, unsere Ausdauer zu verbessern und dabei Anwendungen zu lernen, die auf den Prinzipien & Strategien des Taijiquan basieren – zur Selbstverteidigung oder für Wettkämpfe.

Samstag: 1-6 Uhr
Sonntag: 9.30-15 Uhr
